Erica J Peters, PhD presents the fascinating story of the iconic foods and neighborhoods of Jewish San Francisco including the bakeries, butchers and elegant dinner parties. Ms. Peters is Director of the Culinary Historians of Northern Californa and recently authored, San Francisco: A Food Biography.

Place: Valley Club Circle Clubhouse
Directions: Take Big Ranch Road north of Trancas .2 miles, turn left at Garfield Lane, turn left into Valley Club .01 miles.

Board Member Lauren Chevlen is the curator of the Napa Valley Exhibition Hall.

Comprised of virtual "Exhibition Halls," JMAW has developed this online resource to educate and inform the public about the contributions made by Jewish settlers of the western United States.
